Asset Keeper has one more unique feature that is absolutely unheard of in the software industry. Every copy of Asset Keeper we sell is multi-user! In fact, should you decide to purchase Asset Keeper, you will receive a "site" license that entitles you to use it, not just on one computer like all your other software, but on every computer in your office location. This includes running it on your network, if you have one, allowing as many users as you wish use the program at one time in the registered location.

Asset Keeper Limited Use License Agreement

This will be the agreement between you, the end-user, and Pro-Ware, the proprietary owner of this software program. This agreement stipulates the permitted use of the software by you, and the warranties that we provide.

Grant of License

You are permitted to install this software on any and all computers in one office location. If you have a network, you may also install this software on your fileserver and an unlimited number of users in your office location may use the software.
 

If you have more than one office location, an additional copy of Asset Keeper must be purchased for each office location.

Term

This license agreement is effective from the day you open the package containing the media on which the software is recorded or use the media to operate the software, and continues until you return the original media and all copies of the software and other materials supplied with the software to Pro-Ware.

End-User Agreement

You agree not to copy the software and other materials supplied with this software except for archival or backup purposes. You may not provide copies to any other user other than those who work at your office location.

Warranties

Pro-Ware makes no express or implied warranties to end-users with regard to this software, including merchantability, fitness for any purpose or non-infringement of patents, copyrights, or other proprietary rights of others. Pro-Ware shall not have any liability or responsibility to end-users for damages of any kind, including special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from the use of this software or materials supplied with this software.

Governing Law

If any provision of this license agreement in any way contravenes the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which this license agreement is to be performed, such provision shall be deemed to be deleted and, if any term of this license agreement shall be declared by find adjudication to be illegal of any other term or provision of this license agreement.
